Blueberries are literally bursting with nutrients and flavor, yet very low in calories. Recently, researchers at Tufts University analyzed 60 fruits and vegetables for their antioxidant capability.

Blueberries came out on top, rating highest in their capacity to destroy free radicals.

When blueberries are in season, Gro-Moore Farms will be offering samples of their fresh baked blueberry pie, along with their wonderful mixes for blueberry crisp, cobbler, and muffins on Blueberry Sunday.

And you won’t want to miss Gro-Moore’s blueberry preserves and syrups. We even have some varieties with no added sugar for those trying to monitor their sugar intake.
